All our Engineers are qualified to the industry recognised City & Guilds 2377 standards
and work to the IEE Code of Practice for In-Service Inspection and Testing of Electrical
Equipment.
Our Engineers first of all make a careful visual inspection of each appliance followed by a
series of industry accepted tests which are performed to ascertain the appliances
electrical condition.
All items that pass the inspection and testing will be labelled with a safety sticker
containing a unique bar code number that identifies each portable appliance in your
company and enables us to trace the degradation of the appliances electrical condition
over a period of time.
On completion of the PAT testing you will be issued with a safety certificate and a detailed
report that provides information on each individual item. This documentation provides
you with all that is required to demonstrate to any legislative body that you have fulfilled
all your Health and Safety obligations as an employer.
